If you’re getting interviews, for some of them try disclosing your stutter. Have an answer ready for why you’re a good fit for the role despite of your stutter (you’ve grit and determination and you’re not gonna let your speech impediment come between your dream job). I don’t know about the interviewer, but it’ll impress the sh!t out of me if I was interviewing you. If they hire you after this, you can be confident that you’ll be an excellent fit for the role. Ofc it might also end up with them rejecting you outright.
