Anxious from hearing someone else stutter

Anxious from hearing someone else stutter Moderate stutterer here. So as weird as this might sound, I have never encountered another stutterer in my life, or at least haven't noticed stutterers around me. I went to the cinema yesterday, and the guy at the box-office had quite a bad stutter. I noticed that hearing another person stutter made me really anxious and uncomfortable. It made me feel really insecure about my own speech, and now the only thing I can think of is how people will react to me speaking, will they judge me etc. Hearing another person stutter made me feel so insecure and anxious that I don't know what to do. :( Anyone here experienced something similar? Do you become insecure or are you more relieved that there are others with the same "flaw" as you? I'd be very grateful is someone knows how to ease my anxiety right now. :(
