That is interesting. Usually antidepressants help relax some muscles. I'd speak to your psychiatrist and see if they can research stuttering and antidepressants. You might be able to switch antidepressants and get the right one. It isn't often that one gets it right the first time (with anything!) Keep up with your speech pathologist. Speak with them about your feelings. Yep, if you stutter in one language, you will stutter in another. Happens to me too. Doesn't mean you stop, you keep going. Life is a forward moving.
