hold eye contact, doesn’t matter how the conversation goes in my opinion, what matters is that you’ll force them to have a genuine interaction with you and people will have to respect that, people are keen into how you see yourself so if you’re interpreting them more than yourself it’ll be hard for them to see through the insecurities, this is obviously a lot easier to say than do I’m a working progress myself but I’m letting go of the perfectionism behaviors.
