**"How much of becoming more fluent was learning strategies to prevent stuttering"** Whenever I'm speaking to someone while visualizing that I'm alone, then I don't stutter anymore so I'd say 100% learning strategy \[technique\] **"how much of it was mentally overcoming anxiety and fear of stuttering"** Whenever stuttererers stutter, they don't always have anxiety or fear. In my experience, I'm a severe stutterer so even when I'm calm (without anxiety) I stutter on every other word \[without technique\]. I guess you could say my base (or core) stutter is severe. So I'd say that visualizing I'm alone reduces 0% anxiety in my experience
