What actually helped me to reduce stutter So, i am 20 yo, my stutter is kinda weird, sometimes it can be very severe and sometimes I can speak almost fluent but nowadays people don't even notice I have stutter, my worst time of life was during school and 1 and 2 year of studying in university, i am on 3 year of studying nowadays and it became better, and surprisingly what helped me is simply not caring... Yeah, it's that simple i am surprised myself, but I literally almost stopped thinking about shit like "okay, so when I will go there I will have to talk and I will most likely stutter" i don't have these thoughts anymore, recently I was speaking a presentation in front of my class and I didn't stutter at all, because I wasn't caring what was happening around me, and now for the bad part, I think my stutter got reduced cause of depression, cause I don't feel excitement about anything, i don't wanna do anything, i don't care about anything and etc, so ahhh point is I guess, if you will stop caring about what's happening around you, your stutter will become better (I can't speak for everyone, cause maybe my stutter only psychological, idk) just wanted to share with my experience of reducing it
