Some days I stutter and some I don’t. Can someone help me with the best way to stop?

Some days I stutter and some I don’t. Can someone help me with the best way to stop? I have a weird stutter. Some days I can talk like it’s no problem. And the. Some days I can barely say anything. Usually I stutter because I talk to fast without thinking. But some times I can talk super slow and I can’t say anything. Luckily that only happens 1 time a week. And sometimes I will stutter a lot on a word. But then if I say the word again. It say it perfectly fine. Anyone know how to stop?
