My daughter is 4 and she just started to notice I stutter, she would say words instead of me sometimes (where she knows whats coming).. for example I stop at letter P so Peppa Pig when I read her story. Shes patiently waiting when I need to say something. My partner says shes used of it so for her its just normal how I speak. Not sure this info helps. Kids will just get used of it over time I think and except you as you are. Maybe you can also bring up that some teachers that arent from your country have accent which is also different from a normal speech.
