It's definitely a adrenaline/ptsd response in my opinion. Alot of us where probably humiliated as a kid and it created a stronghold or automatic fear reaction in our mind. Now that we're older it's already ingrained in our subconscious that stuttering = humiliation & loose of respect. I've been really trying to find out what medication or what ever else could be strong enough to over power this ptsd response in me but Idk if I'll ever find it. All I know is that it's ruined ny fuckin life and I need to find a way to break this stronghold in my mind.
