Unfortunately the same, that's the thing I'm scared of the most. I started asking the teachers to let me skip it, trying everything I can so I don't have to participate. I participated in a research and the professors of the students who ran the research had a meeting with the participants, now I know all of the participants of course but not the professors, so they had a name, pronouns and hometown introduction rotation but they said you don't have to (as I asked them), but because everyone introduced themselves I also had to, I had a 3-5 seconds block on my name but then I was abled to say that and it went better than expected.
