I honestly don't know how to help. Although I can tell you one simple thing: Don't be a dick to him. When in moments of anger, don't make fun of his stutter. Just don't mock him for having a stutter or push him too hard. My mom did that to me and my younger brother. It didn't turn out very well. Hopefully you guys figure it out, good luck.
