Thank you for sharing your experiences. I wanted to try this out and was wondering what exactly were the names of the thiamine you used? When I look on amazon, only Thiamine mononitrate shows up. But those old studies on thiamine all used thiamine hydrochloride. Did you use any of those two or a different one?
