Sometimes I stutter and aometimes I dont.

Sometimes I stutter and aometimes I dont. Well sometimes in the morning to noon ( 9 A.M. to 2 P.M.) I stutter but then I randonly stop out of nowhere then the next day or 2 days later I strat stuttering again. Is this stutter oficially apart of me? Is this normal?
