I hoped you informed this female scholar that you have a life altering handicap & it's the same or worse than laughing at somebody in a wheelchair? And yeah you did right by saying you could contact HR. You could definitely sue if you want. She couldn't help but laugh at something like that huh? Tell her and your boss you couldn't help tripping and throwing hot coffee in her face 😂...I'm joking, I know that's slightly extreme 😂 but some people deserve a little taste of suffering to maybe achieve some empathy.
