Speech problem Hello to all! I am writing this because I want to see if somebody has same problem as I have. I'm 21yo guy who has stuttering speech problem in some aspects of life. For example - in everyday life, with friends etc - when I am relaxed I speak very, very fluent. But problem becomes, when I speak in crowd or in video meeting with more people I feel nervous I am starting to stutter. For example, i can say 5-6 words fluent and then on the 7th I have very hard blocker, even if there it is a simple word - I can repeat first part of word for maybe 5 times and than complete it. It makes me very frustrate. I couldn't say what I want to say, I think it looks like I don't know what I am talking about. Everyone are saying - do not think about it, but I don't know. Before speech, I have idk like lump in my throat I think I am gonna reproduce just mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sound xd I want to know, if someone has the same problem to tell me if there are some techniques or 'hacks' to learn how to avoid this. Sorry if I make some grammar mistakes, english is not my native language.
