You could start a Montreal chapter for the [Canadian Stuttering Association](https://www.stutter.ca/find-help/resources/support-groups-in-canada.html)! If you want to start a group, it's helpful to go through an existing organization. It makes it easier for people to find your group, and you can learn from others who have started and run similar groups in other cities. There is also the [Association des Begues du Canada](http://www.abcbegaiement.com/devenir-membre/), based in Quebec obviously. I am not sure if they run chapters, but they partner with the CSA on a lot of activities. The ABC folks are very passionate and awesome, definitely reach out to them!
