Maybe I should say it differently. In fact, I respect who I'm talking to. The idea is in the inner mood that I have during this conversation. So imagine speaking to your best friend; obviously, you will stutter less. Imagine speaking with your boss; you might stutter more. So just imagine that your boss is in the same mental position (for you) as your friend. So you aren't disrespecting your friend; you just stop wondering about what he says. Do the same with other people. Just stop caring what they think about you and your summer.
