Has anyone else just straight up accepted the fact that they’ll stutter forever? For context, 23M who had a moderate TBI at 6 and has been stuttering ever since. Talking in general still sucks, but I atleast warn people ahead of time so I’m not making a fool out of myself. I used to just power through a stutter until my lungs were empty and my neck muscles hurt, but now I can feel it coming and I’ll just stop mid sentence 😂 it’s become a part of me at this point for better or for worse.
