Pretty much everyone here. Stuttering is all in your head, as it is for me. Edit: for everyone who doesn’t speak fluently by their own— it is still in your head. Stuttering isn’t a speech impediment per se. A lisp, for example, is by dint of a physical disposition. anxiety is what induces the stutter (hence why it’s in ur head) If u stutter on ur own u r most likely overthinking and still getting those spikes of anxiety or doubts about particular words. It’s all about confidence— unfortunately, this happens to be one of the traits must stutters lack
