Phone Stutter

Phone Stutter So I rang this career advice line which was recommended to me while I was in High School. I gave them a ring someone picked and all my words just messed up I blocked up a lot and speech was slurred up. 30 seconds into the call the guy probably had enough he said "Its a really bad line it probably your reception and then hung up on me" erm I had five bars. Maybe he thought it was a prank call but then who would prank a career advice line. I hate using the phone. I've never called back that advice and never will.
