The thing is you can't please everyone. If you can explain something that is relevant to your work with or without a stutter, you will be valued no matter what. It's your brain telling you that people won't care what you have to say because you're "different" which is wrong. Yes, there are people that will interrupt you either because they don't know why you've stopped speaking or they are out to get you but don't let it get you down. Just be you and if the people around you can't accept your stutter, there are billions more in this world who will.
