I often forget I have it. Don't notice it myself unless I am nervous, stressed out or tired. I don't let it dictate my life. It is part of me. Is it annoying af sometimes? Yes. But I am glad that I am at least able to speak tbh. I try to follow the regular school programm as much as possible (only accommodations are extra time for presentations or a slightly different format). It is a but limiting with job options, but so be it. It can take a while to accept that it is part of you, but don't miss out on chances because you are too ashamed to talk, or don't want to talk at all. No one is perfect! I hope more acceptance posts will be here at some point, that is the first step to make it part of you imo.
