If it's mild, it's certainly still possible to be successful. Saji Sharma is a commentary YouTuber with a mild stutter (he hasn't addressed it afaik, but it's pretty obvious). He has some decent success, although I don't watch him (even though his content is similar to what I usually watch) because I don't like listening to other stutterers
