My stutter is making my life so annoying.

My stutter is making my life so annoying. Over the past couple years since I was around 13 (i’m 16 now), I have experienced stuttering, and it seems to be the only case in my family. I don’t know if it’s brain injury related as I had a minor brain bleed back when I was 13. Furthermore, it only really occurs when I say sentence starter words like “my name”, “what”, “did”, “can”, “do”, “could”, and “why”. It gets really annoying as I can’t really converse with people when I want to, and it becomes kind of awkward when someone asks my name and the word doesn’t come out. I also don’t really have any social anxiety or any confidence issue as this happens even with family and close friends. How can I fix this and will I age out of it?
