I’m not religious but life is how you make it regardless of the cards “god” dealt you. If you want it to be hell on earth it can be or you can make it heaven. It ultimately depends on the perspective you choose to have. Biggest life lesson is learning how to control your emotions effectively instead of them controlling your quality of life. Further everybody needs to practice self love. Truly love your body and imperfections. If you’re stuck in this body your entire life then why not appreciate what you have rather hating on what you don’t have.
