Mine came back 3 years ago. I did attend speech therapy as a kid and did find it useful. My stutter was hardly noticeable as a teenager and throughout the majority of my 20s. It used to only be noticeable when I was very tired. Now, it's slipped back into my daily speech patterns. Drs are unsure why it's happening. They think it may have to do with aging.
