Unfortunately my role as the junior guy is to be the most proactive one, answer the tones, phones and guests. I understand why and I get it , but yeah I have no way around it , I do hope it’s something I can gain confidence in, I have been in the firehouse now for about 9 months and it’s till miserable , so obviously I have to try something else and keep working at it.
