Yes it’s the worst. Time pressure is a stutterers worst enemy. We can’t say our names we can’t tell the punch line of a joke. I’ve found that when I try to purposely stutter my name it will just come out normal. I don’t repeat words I pause and have no air flow. I’ve found that if i stutter on purpose it has reverse effect which is weird. Try it next time
