This is my everyday life at work and I have been viewed as an incompetent person who doesn’t help anything, yet im one of the people who actually knows stuff at the workplace. Nobody sees the good in me anymore. They just comment and gossip and judge me on the way i talk and i hve lost my confidence. Some days are better but they dont make it up for all the bad reputation about my speaking which has taken centre stage.
