>I don't think a single incident would really break your friendship. The thing is, I've seen his reaction to this before when other people did it and he seemed genuinely hurt. I don't want him to think that his stuttering is an inconvenience for me or that it annoys me, because it doesn't. I think that it's important to him to finish the sentence correctly even if people already understand what he's trying to say. As you said, it's probably different for everyone, so thank you for your perspective :)
