This is great advice from my perspective as well. The only thing I would add is address stuttering from the outset and make light of it — jokes always win folks over. Personally, I’d go with something cheesy like “I’ve stuttered since I was a kid, but usually it usually only comes out in stressful situations like phone interviews, so I’m pretty sure it won’t be a problem for the next X minutes” But that’s my intentionally dumb sense of humor.
