I simply mention I stutter at the start of the interview, and that it tends to be more prominent in higher stakes situations such as job interviews. This has done me well. It makes me less nervous to put that information out there. I'd be weary of asking for extra time or other demands, IMO it makes the person seem needy and higher maintenance. More time isn't necessary either, just speak more concisely and to the point.
