Try writing out what you are going to say, line by line. That way you are just reading it and that always makes it easier for me. Or maybe have someone call for you with you beside them and you write down the responses as it happens Maybe explain you have a speech disability and please be patient. That way people on the other end know what is going on and will, hopefully, be more patient and understanding.
