This was good advice. Not the poster, but I'll give some advice. I am 40 years. I was a very severe stutterer in highschool. There were some "bad" stuttering moments, but I don't remember 95% of them. And the ones I do remember, dont affect my life now. It's hard to tell yourself now, but none of the bad experiences will really affect you in adulthood. Get used to that idea and it should limit your fear.
