1. I dont know why people are writing NA for this btw haha. Its either random or from birth or from whatever. For me I remember it from birth 2. Vowels are tough for me. Say anything starting with an O. In phrases it would be ones that you cant take your time in. Say something like “have a good day” its likelier to stutter on one of the words because you’re supposed to say all of that in one motion. 3. Speaking with a group 4. It is very restrictive and there is an air of anxiety with most things that you wanna do. I’ve progressed over the past year and am slowly seeing how restrictive my stutter was
