Reading aloud is still (and perhaps will ALWAYS) be something I cannot do fluently at all. But, I did teach pre-K for a few years and found over animation or over annunciation/inflection helped a lot. We all have our blocks on certain sounds and vowels etc but really over emphasizing while reading helped me a lot.
