I don't think 99.5% of fluent people out there should be aware and understanding about a rare and odd speech disorder that only 0.5 % of the population has. We just gotta learn how to deal with it through good and bad. Unfortunately we've been cursed on not being able to engage and express ourselves easily like communicating.
