Hey, “mysterious”, you are are fake unless you belong to extremely rare type of hysterical case. Even if this your case it is unconscionable to give ALL PWS unsubstantiated hope even if it gives them emotional boost… BTW, I was a moderate/bad stutterer but mostly overcame it and became a professor of Electronics
