Something that worked for me that my therapist told me, was doing deep belly breathing for a few minutes couple of times a day. Also search mouth muscle relaxing exercises. I know everyone's stutter is different but what helped me the most with mine, was always getting full night of sleep, being well rested. Also slowing down my speech, ofc not to the point where it sounds unnatural but just a bit. My therapist told me that speaking slower eliminates 92% of stuttering. Finally, gaining confidence and not feeling like a victim helped me enormously. Scaping this circle of stuttering= feeling humiliated = isolating myself. Was a game changer. Realise that your stuttering doesn't define you, you have amazing qualities to over to the world. I worked as a server before, it wasn't easy but it didn't kill me, I'm still here and I'm glad I didn't. Good luck!
