I'm from Canada so I don't really know how famous this Joe Biden character is but meeting a vice president does sound impressive. From what I understand, fluency skills are dependent on your feelings so maybe that was something that got in the way of your progress? I wish I could be more help but I'm new to this speech therapy stuff.
