Im an SLP who stutters too. There isn’t a better room in the world to learn to be OK stuttering infront of than a room full of SLPs. I won’t assume your environment, but it’s like my SLP friends had an “acceptance-off” to see who could be the most supportive of a stuttering person. When you’re done with school and are talking to kids who stutter, what better example will you have to relate to them then being a student who stutters and it worried about their stutter. This is the start of a great career that will fuel you and bring something special to so many kids who stutter. Don’t let fear of stuttering take away your life experiences. Especially if your job will be telling other vulnerable kids “don’t let fear of stuttering take away your life experiences”
