I don't know about research but asking my close people they have all told me that they don't think in detail about what they are going to say and how, it's probably almost unconscious. It's true that talking naturally makes you anticipate but I think the difference lies in taking something like speech that is unconscious and trying to make it conscious because we want to control it to speak better (spoiler: it doesn't work). I don't know how to improve your tips, they are very good and I have never seen them before, I like the focus on understanding more than on practical tricks. For me what has helped me is to study philosophy and especially the [dichotomy of control](https://www.humanmastery.net/dichotomy-of-control/) of Stoicism.
