I’m glad it’s working for you OP. I’ve found that Adderall helps me as well. It calms me down and allows me the presence of mind needed to pace my speech instead of trying to get everything as quickly as I can so I can definitely relate. On the other hand. If I take caffeine or energy drinks with it has the opposite effect and I become a Lego set with all the blocks I have. For anyone else reading I’m not saying these meds would work for you but If you feel you have ADHD, make sure you get tested properly before trying medication (brain scans, etc.) Some doctors can be quick to put you on medication that can do more harm than good without proper testing. I was reluctant to try meds but finally went and got checked out and was diagnosed at 30 years old for ADHD.
