My exercises for stuttering So simple, I was doing breathing exercise, Reading and Psuedo stuttering(several times a day) Those made my stuttering 95% fluent. Then I stop exercise for a time because my schedule become so busy and my stuttering is less than 50% fluent. Now I can see the difference, when I was exercising I was so fluent, I did many interviews confidently without thinking about stuttering, I was talking to people more, and did IELTS speaking exam with just one light block. Now I have two jobs(I am going to leave one Job pretty soon), severe stuttering with stress and depression. I will start again focusing on my stuttering exercises and I will add some new thing also. Important: New thing I discovered while analysing my stuttering. Previously at different occasions, during blocks I tried to make word instead of just saying like child who is trying to speak his frist word. For example: if the word is people, instead of just trying to say people with block and stuttering, I said "PEOPLE slowly and feeling every note" like I was learning to speak that word frist time. And it worked I didn't stutter on the word. If I can put effort, brain and time behind that I can make something. I analyze my stuttering two years ago many times, I also modified techniques according to it and Also developed new ways for fluency for my stuttering and It worked at that time. Then life become so busy, I moved to new country alone, started my new new life as a international student and I am not getting time or energy for my stuttering.
