My tips, what works for me 1) If you stutter, doctors usually prescribe benzodiazepines, but they may not work for everyone. You might want to try stimulants. They work for me, and they might also work for you. 2) Try to learn a foreign language. Proficiency in a foreign language often means adopting a different persona. This new persona can be more confident, which can make your stutter less severe and noticeable. 3) View your stutter as an opportunity to improve. Use every time you feel down because you’re unable to say something as an opportunity to retreat and study. If you know something that others don’t, it can give you the confidence you need to overcome your stutter
