Teachers treated me terribly. One particular incident that haunts me, everyone who had forgotten their homework had to stand up and the teacher went round each one to ask their name to make a note. I'd forgotten my homework and by the time he got to me I was in full panic, I couldn't say my name. The teacher ended up spending half the class performing a mock seance with the other kids, all holding hands to try and get me to say my name. It was one of the most humiliating and soul destroying experiences of my life.
