My stutter sounds wierd how can I change it?

My stutter sounds wierd how can I change it? Hey I have been stuttering from childhood till now I'm 23 years old and my stutter sounds like a broken car, my brother and my father also have a classic stutter but when they speak they don't mind at all and they stutter sound sweet, my stutter have blocks that getting worse when I talk to strangers especially girls, now there is this girl that I liked and I try to talk to her but I get so nervous my stutter is controlling my mind I'm getting into automatic mode shouting words that I know I won't stutter and its really weird, when I talk with my family I'm 90% fluent, I took a speech therapy and I think it only made my stutter sound weirder, why I can't speak to ppl as I do with my family, i try to convince my self not to care about getting blocks but I look weird when I stuck... ​ sry for bad English...
