Go to your doctor. Unfortunately a lot of nhs therapy for adult stuttering has been withdrawn. I have nothing in my area. If you live near London then I would recommend a group course at the city lit. It is really cheap, they are super friendly and good at what they do. Stamma can advise. They are a charity. The people on the phone often have stutters which makes it quite approachable.
