I know what that’s like. Have you tried any techniques like breathing and expanding your diaphragm and using it like a ramp to get out tough words ? one weird technique that works really nice for me is getting in a car and putting on one of my favorite songs from a band like rage against the machine and singing that sh*t out with passion and instantly after for the whole entire day and sometimes even 2-3 days I feel the positive effects. I can’t explain it other than that my vocal chords feel relaxed and the blocks seem easier to climb over.
