Is there anyone here that stutters AND clutters?

Is there anyone here that stutters AND clutters? I feel I have a combination of stuttering and cluttering and it's worse than just having one alone. It has completely destroyed my ability and desire to speak to people. Large groups are impossible. Everybody laughs at me, I've lost all my friends and people probably think I'm a retarted creep. It's a miserable existence.
